But this time a much greener, eco-friendly version. Don’t get too excited though, as this will not materialize anytime soon. VW says it’ll return in 2022. VW’s brand chief himself is a big fan of the bus-styled I.D. Buzz concept partly because it’s a reminder of the good old days when Volkswagen vied for flower power and not toxic contaminants. Some features of this Buzz will be the greenhouse that provides heaps of sunshine, thanks to its huge glass side windows and massive sky roof. Truly green-minded, it will have zero emissions because the microbus will be electricity-powered.
