Return & Refund Policy
Can I return my order?
Our refund policy is straight forward: if you don't like it, send it back. We will issue a refund for the returned items within 2 business days of receiving the item.
Partially consumed items will be prorated. Due to the seasonal nature of car bows, we do not accept returns between December 20th and March 1st.
How do I start a return?
You can request a return in your order history or by emailing us with your order number at email@example.com. Once we have received your request we will send you specific details via email.
Do I have to pay to ship it back?
For a shipping error or product damage: We will provide a pre-paid return label to cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other reasons: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs when the correct item was shipped.
We are happy provide a return label that gives you access to our heavily discounted freight rates and makes the return easier.
If you choose to use our shipping label, the cost of this return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
We are unable to reimburse you for shipping costs paid out of pocket.
How long do I have to return items?
60 days. If it is a little over, just email us and ask.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used in the order, which in most cases is back to your credit card. Refunds are processed within 2 business days from receiving your item and can take an additional 1-5 days to show in your credit card account.
Can I make an exchange?
We ask that you make a new purchase for the new item and we will issue a refund for the first purchase, instead of doing an exchange.
