Tesla to Assist in Constructing Charging Ports for Semi Clients

9 top companies have put in reservations for Tesla Semi, which the EV maker aims to begin manufacturing next year. However, this will only be possible if they surpass initial troubles in production much better than they did with the Model 3. Whatever the case may be, Tesla is lending its clients a hand in building onsite charging stations to accommodate the Semi when it launches. Tesla reported to Reuters that they’re diligently working with big clients to create Semi charging ports. No information whether Tesla will shoulder all, some or none of the expenses associated to constructing the charging ports. Apparently, Pepsi, who pre-ordered 100 Semis in 2017, might share expenses and facilities with other corporations.
