Tesla Motors Seeking European Locations to Put Up a Gigafactory
Tesla is planning to have a gigafactory in 2017 and eyeing Europe as a viable location. The ginormous plant is said to manufacture cars and battery cells. They’re currently looking out the Netherlands, France and Spain as possible sites. Tesla already has a facility in the Netherlands that handles finishing touches for Euro version Teslas. Though, Spain would be good option for its abundant source of sunshine if Tesla chose to duplicate the solar roof on its plant in NV.
