Subaru Is Growing Fast that They Require More Technicians

Subaru is in dire need of more service technicians for Subaru America. They need to double their effort in the next 3 to 4 years. Currently, the automaker has 6,677 technicians at their 631 US dealerships. Subaru is apparently the only mainstream car company that thrive despite the Great Recession. Last year, they sold 680,135 new cars in America, which is up by 5% from 2017. In 2024, the carmaker is anticipating to have over 5 million cars in operation. Every car brand, including those that aren't as rapid growing as Subaru, faces a crucial need for technicians, according to National Automobile Dealers Association. NADA is prioritizing assisting future technicians to get training.
