Researchers Found Out How Much People are Willing to Spend on Autonomous Vehicles

Some people are still uncertain about self-driving cars. And many studies show the number of consumers interested in them but none about the price they’re ready to shell out—until recently. Cornell University researchers discovered that customers are willing to spend quite much: roughly $3.5K for partially autonomous and $4.9K for fully autonomous. Demand for self-driving vehicles among survey participants was divided equally high, modest, and none at all. There were those who show keenness to pay $10K+ and those would pay 0.
