Owners’ Invincible Love and Fidelity to their Tesla Cars
There must be really something about Tesla cars that despite their shortcomings in terms of quality, owners claim they still love them. At least, that seems to be the case for Tesla Model S and Model X owners, according to a recent J.D. Power report entitled "Tesla: Beyond the Hype." For instance, Edmunds owned both Tesla X and S cars and has encountered a roster of issues in design, software etc. Nonetheless, the findings say these problems have negligible dent on the brand loyalty of Tesla owners, who deem themselves as pioneers.
