Opel to Launch Fully-Electrified Corsa in 2020

Opel recently mentioned they’re looking to introduce a Corsa variety that’s fully-electric, after a year the conventionally powered new gen of the subcompact hatch goes on sale. This Corsa electric car shall be an apt competitor to small vehicles like the Renault Zoe, and shall fill the void Opel Ampera-E left. The German car manufacturer also said every model of the Corsa will be put together in its Zaragoza, Spain facility. Zaragoza will be the only plant manufacturing the Corsa, Opel’s top seller with revenue of just more than 231,000 in 2017. The current Corsa is built in Zaragoza and in Eisenach, Germany.
