Lyft Employs Ex-CEO of American Center for Mobility

Lyft has recently hired John Maddox, former CEO of the American Center for Mobility in Michigan as senior director of autonomous safety and compliance—a brand new role the ride-hailing company created. Maddox left his job at ACM in August after over 2 years as its chief. At Lyft, Maddox will spearhead a whole new department centered on safety and compliance, and legal and autonomous driving.
