Luka EV: Retro Hint Outside and Futuristic Feel Inside
2 years ago, a group from the Czech Republic built the retro-inspired Luke EV, an electric vehicle aiming for long range (186 miles), a budget-friendly price (-€20,000), and a light weight (-1,650 lbs.) Back in 2015, around summer time, they had just started testing its first prototype. And now, MW Motors recently said that the subsequent car is all set to launch. Plus, it’s looking amazing. This 2-seater Luka EV uses 4 12.5-kW in-wheel electric motors, offering 66 hp total. Max speed is at 90 mph. With an aluminum alloy chassis and fiber-protected plastic body, Luka’s just a tad bit heavier than the original goal of -1,800 lbs. Some other important information like price aren’t yet available. Nonetheless, would-be buyers can look forward to features such as leather furnishings, power windows, AC, navigation and infotainment as customary.
