Lexus is Following Suit About Subscription Trend
Lexus is the newest car company to provide car subscription program, though they're not really advertising as so. They're launching a full-service lease program aptly called Lexus Complete Lease. This service is exclusively for their 2019 Lexus UX subcompact crossover (UX 200 and the UX 250h hybrid: all trims and option levels). The luxury brand is also partnering with about 80 car dealers in 7 states so far: CA, FL, IL, IN, MA, NH and RI. Their subscription program will have an easy monthly payment that comprises of insurance, regular maintenance plus miscellaneous services. Note that Lexus Complete Lease involves a 2-year contract capped at a total of 20,000 miles. Insurance shall be covered by Travelers, which offers $250,000/person +++. Some coverage and rates may be different, depending on the state. No mention about the price as of now.
