Less than $35K Cars at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show

No doubt that trucks ruled the recently concluded Detroit car show. Nonetheless, budget-friendly cars of every kind filled the showroom. There were a ton of different cars and crossovers that they’d showcased this year—from the ready-for-production models, a compact crossover concept, hip hatchbacks and more. If you’re thinking of buying a new car this 2018, check out these below $35K cars that debuted at the show. The 2019 VW Jetta: To be priced at under $20k, this sedan provides awesome features like a digital instrument cluster, upgraded multimedia system, a sunroof and more. The 2019 Honda Insight Prototype: This Insight will no longer be styled like a hatchback but more of a conventional sedan. It’s also going to be powered by a variety of the 2-motor hybrid system coupled to a 1.5-liter I-4 running on the Atkinson cycle. We’re looking at about $25K when it becomes available later this year.
