Jaguar to Sell Good as New Series 1 E-Types
Vintage car buffs, eyes here! Jaguar Land Rover's Classic division is refurbishing 10 of the 1st-gen E-Types and will be directly available to anyone interested. The first vehicle to be restored is a ’65 model, which will debut at the Techno-Classica Essen show in Germany on April 9. The 4.2 liter model finished in Opalescent Gunmetal Grey was first brought to CA and was able to rack up 78K miles, and then was eventually put away in 1983. When Jaguar gotten hold of the car, they overhauled it to factory specs and salvaged as many original parts as possible. Prices start at around $355K.
