Google-FCA Self-Driving Collab to Include Ride-Sharing

Apparently, aside from working with Chrysler to develop a self-driving minivan, Google is also looking at throwing a ride-sharing element into the mix. Uber and Lyft must be on the edge of their seats upon hearing this news. Google and FCA may launch the ride-sharing service towards the end of 2017. Uber, on the other hand, is joining the self-driving phenomenon, as it debuted tests (with engineers behind the wheel) in Pittsburgh and San Francisco.
