Free Check Up and Repairs from Ford

Ford will be providing complimentary repairs to 1.4 million + North American clients who own Explore SUVs to protect them from carbon monoxide and other exhaust fumes that may enter into the vehicles. Ford wants its customers to have peace of mind knowing they’re safe driving these cars so the American automaker will inspect and fix them if needed at no cost. Apparently, numerous US police agencies have raised apprehensions regarding potentially fatal CO gas getting in the cabins of Explorers that they’ve been using. Also, there were at least 2,700 complaints, 3 crashes and 41 injuries that may be associated with CO exposure among civilian and police in 2011-2017 Explorers. Free checkups and repairs will commence on November 1 and end on January 31, 2018.
