Big Green Route Sheet Pad (28″ x 20″) (50 Sheets Per Pad)

Big Green Route Sheet Pad for Vehicle Scheduling and Service Tracking

Keep vehicle scheduling and service information organized with this big green vehicle route sheet. Measuring 28" x 20", the large format provides room to coordinate up to 100 vehicles on a single sheet. The printed layout includes numbered spaces from 1 through 100, along with designated areas for vehicle information, repair order details, technicians, time information, service tracking, and remarks. The broad format is well suited to busy dealership and automotive service environments where multiple vehicles may need to be monitored throughout the day. Its straightforward grid design makes it useful as a centralized reference for coordinating vehicle movement and service activity.

Printed on 60# green stock with black ink, this automotive scheduling form provides a practical format for recording information at a glance. The green stock gives the form a distinct appearance that can help separate it from other paperwork used around a dealership, repair facility, or service department. Each numbered line provides space for entering information associated with a specific vehicle, while the additional columns support detailed tracking throughout the service process. The structured layout can help teams keep vehicle assignments, repair orders, technician information, and service timing together on one working document.

With 100 numbered vehicle positions on each sheet, this large-format form is designed for operations that need to coordinate a substantial number of vehicles. It can be used by new and used car dealerships to organize vehicles moving through service, preparation, inspection, or other internal processes. Auto repair shops and body shops can also use the form to keep multiple repair jobs organized in one central location. Rental car agencies and other automotive service businesses may find the format useful when coordinating a high volume of vehicles and related work throughout a busy operating period.

Each pad contains 50 sheets, providing a convenient supply for departments that use scheduling and tracking forms regularly. The 28" x 20" dimensions offer considerably more writing and tracking space than a standard letter-size form, making it useful when numerous vehicles need to be listed together. The form's organized columns allow users to capture several categories of information without relying on separate sheets for every vehicle. This can provide a practical way to maintain a shared visual reference for service personnel, technicians, managers, and other staff involved in vehicle operations. The form includes dedicated fields for vehicle and repair information, technician assignments, time tracking, and remarks, supporting a broad range of dealership and repair-shop workflows.

Choose this big green vehicle tracking sheet when your dealership or automotive business needs a straightforward way to coordinate numerous vehicles and their associated service information. Its large 28" x 20" format, 100 numbered positions, black printing, and 60# green stock make it suited to day-to-day use in service and automotive environments.
